I believe the phrase "2 out of tune bagpipes" is redundant on so many levels. First, just one bagpipe is always out of tune, second 2 will never, ever ever be anywhere close to being in tune.
You could have simply put "bagpipes" in your survey and it would still be the worst sound on there.
By the way, does anyone know why bagpipers walk when they play?
