Before I get into my 100 things, I want to answer some questions about the photo in the previous post. It was taken in Greece by one of my fellow travelers of the sunset by the Aegean Sea. The bird flocks there were the most numerous I've ever seen. There were about 20 people leaning into the bus windows taking sunset pictures, and as far as I know, this is the only one that looks like this. And through a bus window, can you believe that?!?
Okay, on with the (super-long, grab the popcorn) show...
100 Things about Me.

21. When I got to middle school, I played the saxophone.
22. I sat next to Colin Dean in band. He was in 8th grade.

26. Speaking of the boys at church camp, my next real kiss was with Dennis Crommett.
27. He was also my first love. *sigh*

46. I saw Dennis that summer - romance was briefly rekindled but died its final death shortly therefter.
47. I didn't hear from him again until he showed up at my folks' house while I was on my honeymoon. Weird, huh?

60. I really enjoyed my student teaching assignment.
61. They let me do just about everything.
62. In fact, now that I think about it, I feel a little used. They counted on me so much that they felt free to use any and all of their accumulated vacation time, and I was basically an unpaid sub. Oh well.

68. In December 1999, we miraculously were still able to celebrate the birth of our Savior all together as a family.
69. Over spring break I had the benign lump removed from my breast by the same surgeon who had patched my uncle back together more than competently. You rock, Dr. George Record.

thanks for sharing... not just today, but in all your posts. it's a weird world we live in, one in which you can meet people and become friends online. one where you can celebrate their happiness and mourn with them in their sad times, too. i enjoyed the 100 things... maybe i'll copy and do my own. :)
I, too, am going for a physical exam for the first time in, probably, more years than you. Mine is in May. Good luck Gesundheit, I mean, Sis.
my popcorn isn't even done yet...
